cancellation policy
Regarding our cancellation policy, we understand that our clients sometimes cannot keep appointments so we would appreciate if you could advise us at least 24 hours prior to any cancellation. This way we can serve clients who may be on a waiting list. We regret that 20% of the treatment cost will be automatically charged to your credit card or gift voucher if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. If you are running late for an appointment please phone to let us know.
